Balduk H. Models and methods of decision making in the management of investment-construction projects

Thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences (Ph.D.) in the specialty 05.13.22 – Project and Program Management. – Odesa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Odesa, 2020. Thesis defence is planned at a meeting of a Specialized Academic Council D 41.060.01 in Odesa National Maritime University, Odesa, 2020. The main result of the dissertation research is the models and methods of decisionmaking in the management of investment-construction projects, taking into account the methodology of project management, the specifics of the construction industry and the quality of information used in the decision-making process. Received for the first time: a mathematical model for the definition of a comprehensive generalized comparative assessment with respect to the principle of equality of criteria and their interaction; the expediency of using a logistic s-like curve has been proved to determine the relationship between the probability of achieving the goal and the quality of information on the basis of which the process of goal-setting and goal-completion takes place; the decision making model for project management is developed taking into account the methodology of project management and the quality of information used in the decision-making process; the method of determining the success of a solution or project depending on the quality of information on the basis of which the process of goal setting and goal achievement is developed. Improved: recommendations to the decision-making process in the management of investment-construction projects, classification of investment and construction projects of the construction industry of Ukraine; methods of supporting the adoption of managerial decisions in the management of investment-construction projects; method of determining the indicators of information properties in investment-construction projects; the method of determining the complex quality of investment-construction projects.
