Popova O. Formation of Linguocultural Competence of future Managers in the process of professional training

Object: the process of formation of the future manager’s linguоcultural competence while studying at university; purpose: to theoretically substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the formation of linguocultural competence of future managers and experimentally test the effectiveness of their implementation in the process of their professional training; methods: analysis of scientific literature, comparison, systematization and generalization of scientific provisions, questionnaires, testing, expert evaluation, conversation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty: pedagogical conditions of formation of linguocultural competence of future managers are substantiated and experimentally confirmed; results: developed educational and methodological support including the program and relevant information and methodological materials of the special course "Cross-cultural communication", a set of exercises for linguocultural training, guidelines for foreign language teachers on the formation of linguocultural competences of future managers, information and development materials for contextual inclusion of the students’ professional training in the content of disciplines; branch - theory and methods of professional education.
