Mukha S. Morphological reorganization of testes in experimental thermal trauma and in the application of cryolyophilized xenograft skin substrate

The thesis is devoted to determine the peculiarities of remodeling of morphological features of testis components in experimental thermal trauma, and its correction with lyophilized xenographt substrate. It was defined in the experiment on white rat-males that severe burn injury causes deep morphological and morphometric changes in structural components of the testes, the degree of which depends on term of the experiment and is accompanied by high levels of endogenous intoxication. Usage of xenographt substrate after early necrectomy of burn damaged tissues provides adsorption of toxins from the burn wound and reduces toxic products in the animal’s blood. This helps to reduce the degree of vascular disorders and destruction of testicular components, activates regenerative processes, which leads to the relative normalization of the morphofunctional state of the organ by the end of the experiment.
