Essay

The object of the research is processof postgraduate educationof primary school teachers. The subject of the research is organizationalandpedagogicalconditionsofpreparationofprimaryschoolteachersinthesystemofpostgraduateeducationforrealizationofplay-basedmethodsofteachingbythemeansofLEGO®. The aim of the study is substantiation of the complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions that ensure the success of the preparation of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate education for the implementation of play-based teaching methods by means of LEGO®. Research results: the essence and content (role positions: methodologist, facilitator, play partner; components: value, cognitive and constructive components) of readiness of primary school teachers to implement play-based teaching methods by LEGO® are revealed and characterized, features of its development in postgraduate education are determined.The next following complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions of preparation of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate education for realization of play-based methods of teaching by the means of LEGO® is developed and tested: 1) formation of value attitude of primary school teachers to play activity of schoolchildren and play-based methods of teaching by the means of LEGO®; 2) focusing the content of postgraduate education on mastering the play-based teaching methods by the means of LEGO®; 3) providing managerial, scientific, methodological, psychological and pedagogical support for the introduction of play-based methods of teaching in primary school.Certain organizational and pedagogical conditions have been introduced into the process of postgraduate education of primary school teachers on the basis of: special course «Learning through play»; module «Playing in a new way, learning differently with LEGO»; trainings «Learning through Play 2.0»; master classes, educational marathons, creative laboratories within national and regional educational events; the annual All-Ukrainian Festival of Play, Learning and Inspiration «Play Fest»; scientific, methodological, psychological and pedagogical support of professional development of the teachers through the functioning of digital professional communities; managerial support through the purposeful training of heads of general secondary education institutions in the form of the special course «Learning through Play». Scope of use: introduced into the process of postgraduate education of primary school teachers.
