Essay

The dissertation deals with the decision of scientific question of formation of readiness of the future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for use of STEM-technologies in professional activity. According to scientific investigations it is established that this problem was not a subject of special scientific research. In the research justification and results of experimental check of pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for use of STEM-technologies in professional activity have been given. Researches of works of scientists allowed to provide specifications to basic concepts: readiness of the future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for professional activity, STEM-technologies in professional activity of officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, pedagogical conditions of formation of readiness of the future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for use of STEM-technologies in professional activity. The structure of readiness of the future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for use of STEM-technologies in professional activity has been developed, in which three components are allocated, namely: psychological, semiotics, technically the military. It is proved that formation of readiness of the future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for use of STEM-technologies in professional activity is productive at such pedagogical conditions: strengthening of preparation on natural disciplines with use of STEM-technologies during studies with future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, creation positive motivational manuals on non-standard approach in education to the environment of establishment of the higher military education, intensification of continuous self-improvement and creative search of the future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the solution of military and applied tasks. Taking into account the developed structure of the specified readiness we allocated: criterion (personally communicative, perspective pragmatic and professionally innovative), indicators and levels («master», «performer», «beginner») of readiness of the future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for use of STEM-technologies in professional activity. The model of formation of the designated readiness has been offered, the organization of the forming investigation phase has been explained, the steps of realization of pedagogical conditions have been designated and, thanks to reciprocal diagnostics, the data on readiness levels in experimental and control groups at the end of the pedagogical experiment has been obtained. Comparison of the received results has been established by the divergence in the development of the group of the future officers who studied on the traditional form, and group where the educational process was carried on the author’s model.
