Litvinova-Golovan O. Formation of the readiness of future tourism specialists to organize and conduct events of sports and entertainment animation

The object of the study is the professional training of future tourism expertsin higher education institutions. The subject of the study is the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future tourism experts to organize and carry out sports and entertainment animation events. The purpose of the study is to determine and scientifically substantiate the complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of future tourism experts to organize and carry out sports and entertainment animation events and to experimentally test their effectiveness. Research results and scientific novelty: the dissertation research proposes the solution to an actual scientific and pedagogical problem such as – the formation of the readiness of future tourism experts to organize and carry out activities. The methodological and theoretical foundations of the formation of readiness were revealed, the results of the analysis of scientific literature, foreign pedagogical experience and the current state of vocational training of future tourism experts for the organization and carrying out sports and entertainment events in Ukraine are highlighted. The essence of the readiness of future tourism experts to organize and carry out sports and entertainment animation was considered as a complex system that integrates motivational, cognitive, activity and reflective components. It is an indicator of the ability to professional activity in the tourism sector and determines the effectiveness of the provision of sports entertainment animation services for different groups of tourists. A complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions was developed and justified, ensuring the success of the formation of the readiness of future tourism experts to organize and carry out sports and entertainment animation events, namely: the development, updating and introduction of a complex of educational and methodological support for the professional training of future tourism experts in organizing and carrying out activities of sports and entertainment animation; building a professionally oriented educational space as close as possible to future animation activities; creation of an information and creative environment, the content of which contains interactive training sessions, master classes, video training courses. The developments presented in the dissertation research can be used by managers, scientific and pedagogical workers and graduate students of higher educational establishments, specializing in the professional training of future tourism experts. Scope of use: the study results are introduced into the process of professional training of the future tourism experts in higher educational institutions.
