The dissertation is devoted to research and improvement and development of theoretical and scientific-methodical bases of modeling and maintenance of processes of sustainable development of banks, as a basis for acceptance of the balanced administrative decisions directed on increase of efficiency of banks. The conceptual provisions of the study of sustainable development of the bank, which are defined theoretical and methodological foundations of sustainable development of banks, tools and a set of approaches, methods and research models, which determine the principles of bank sustainability and conduct a comprehensive study. A system of models and approaches to modeling the processes of sustainable development of banks, evaluating the effectiveness of the banking system based on the introduction of fuzzy set theory and architectural approaches to information technology support for sustainable development of banks, providing practical recommendations and making effective management decisions. A fuzzy model of analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of sustainable development of banks, which embodies the base of fuzzy knowledge about the object of identification, which is built by experts, as well as a mechanism for drawing a logical conclusion based on the mathematical apparatus of fuzzy set theory.
