Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles and the solution of the scientific problem of developing a toolkit for modeling the knowledge management process of a project-oriented enterprise in the form of an integrated system of economic and mathematical models for knowledge management of a project-oriented enterprise. An analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the modeling of knowledge management processes at project-oriented enterprises was carried out. The views of scientists and practicing economists regarding the essential content of the "project-oriented enterprise" category before and after the emergence of the concept of Industry 4.0 are systematized. It was established that "project-oriented enterprise 4.0" is an enterprise that covers its operational activities, is actively involved in project activities, which undergoes various stages of transformation into a project-oriented one, its organizational structure has elements of a matrix and, according to the main features, is a knowledge management system, which includes technological and social aspects, is intended for the formation of "unique" intellectual capital as a source of competitive advantages. It was determined that the knowledge management system is the main component of the process of transforming the enterprise into a project-oriented one. A conceptual model of knowledge management of a project-oriented enterprise was formed to achieve the target economic indicators of the enterprise's activity, which is the basis of the developed integrated system of economic and mathematical models in the knowledge management of a project-oriented enterprise. This system consists of two subsystems: a subsystem of knowledge management in operational and project activities of the enterprise. The system contains the following blocks: definition of the goals of the knowledge management system of the project-oriented enterprise; assessment of the knowledge management subsystem; establishment of functional connections in subsystems of knowledge management; formation of development scenarios; choosing the optimal development scenario; solving problem areas of the scenario; formation of management decision. Within the framework of the proposed integrated system, a set of developed interconnected economic and mathematical models was used. For the operational activities of the enterprise: an economic-mathematical model of the formation of a comprehensive assessment and determination of the level of maturity of the enterprise's knowledge management system, modeling of functional obligations in the knowledge management system in the enterprise's operational activities, personnel evaluation models and the formation of personnel in the enterprise's knowledge management system. For the enterprise's project activity: a model for assessing the level of formation of the enterprise's areas of knowledge in the field of project management; modeling the impact of the knowledge management system in project activities on the success of project implementation; the economic-mathematical model of the formation of the project team according to the knowledge aspect; an economic-mathematical model for determining the optimal duration of project work for the development of the knowledge area " Project Time Management"; the economic-mathematical model of the complex assessment of project risks of the enterprise for the development of the knowledge area "Project Risk Management"; economic-mathematical models of choosing the optimal project in the context of improving the field of knowledge "Project Scope Management" and "Project Cost Management". The implementation of an integrated system of economic and mathematical models for knowledge management made it possible to develop practical recommendations for the formation of justified management decisions in order to achieve the established economic goals by project-oriented enterprises of the utility sector.
