The dissertation is devoted to the development of conceptual approaches, methods and models of enterprise management processes in intelligent information systems in the context of the fourth industrial revolution.
The first chapter "Methodological foundations of the organization of enterprise management processes in intelligent information systems" highlights the evolution of scientific views regarding the methodological foundations of enterprise management processes in the new era of the fourth industrial revolution and analyzed the paradigms of the implementation of enterprise management processes on the basis of information systems, identified the development trends of the implementation of enterprise management processes in the structure and means of intelligent information systems.
Based on the analysis of the scientific views of economists and the concept of the German economist Klaus Schwab, president of the World Economic Forum in Davos, it was determined that we are living in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The conducted study of the development of the economy in the world and in Ukraine made it possible to establish that the main prerequisites for the emergence of the fourth industrial revolution are the influence of the laws of the development of society and the wide application of intellectual information technologies in the economy.
It was established that the formation of new knowledge, in turn, creates favorable conditions for the effective growth of industry and branches of the national economy of Ukraine, which requires new methods and models of management processes in the structure and means of intellectual information systems in the economy.
The main models of management processes with the use of information systems reflecting the scope of the enterprise are defined and systematized.
On the basis of the research, the technologies used in the construction and use of models of management processes in information systems were identified, the use of which simplifies the complexity of modernizing the information system to solve the tasks of enterprise management processes.
The main models of the organization of activities in the digital economy and the possibilities of increasing the efficiency of enterprise management processes using information systems are defined and systematized.
Researched and systematized construction of information systems on the basis of a problem-oriented approach, on the basis of which it was established that the possibility of using intelligent systems from the point of view of the characteristics of the resulting information is not considered, and the influence of modern information technologies of information processing on enterprise management processes is not taken into account.
In order to identify and solve problems related to the prospects of the development of enterprise management processes in information systems, an approach to modeling the management of effective development of enterprise information systems was analyzed, based on which it was established that the use of artificial intelligence tools for solving problems with a large degree of uncertainty has not been sufficiently researched and gaining new knowledge from analytical data in real time.
An analysis of approaches to the modeling of problem-targeted management of economic objects, effective management of the development of information systems of enterprises, and research into the processes of synthesis of innovative intelligent systems in decision-making in economic systems was carried out, based on which it was established that the aspects of the application of fuzzy sets in the process of intellectual processing have not been sufficiently considered data, as well as the influence of human resources on management decision-making.
As a result of the analysis, the possibilities of improving the efficiency of management processes due to the use of artificial intelligence systems were determined, and it was established that the use of Big Data for the formation of multidimensional information in the management of human resources of enterprises is not sufficiently taken into account.
An analysis of the development of personnel management concepts and the main indicators of personnel evaluation was conducted, based on which it was established that these indicators have both a direct and an inverse effect on the use and development of information systems for the organization of management processes.
