The dissertation research is devoted to the decision of a scientific problem of increase of efficiency of management of scientific and scientific and technical activity in higher military educational institutions. The work is aimed at developing and implementing models and methods of managing research projects in higher military educational institutions. Developed: model of ordering and performing research work in the Armed Forces of Ukraine; method of distribution of research works among teams of executors of scientific projects; method of assessing the scientific potential of scientific and pedagogical units; model of research project management system in higher military educational institutions; conceptual model of information support of the research project management system in a higher military educational institution.
