2. The dissertation work, based on the results of the research, solved the tasks set to substantiate the theoretician of legal, organizational and regulatory provisions for the optimization of the judicial system. The paper formulates the theoretical provisions of optimization and procedural economy aimed at improving legislative activity, theoretical provisions and practice of implementing the current legislation of Ukraine. The novelty of the work includes the analysis of theoretical provisions of organizational and regulatory provisions of optimization and procedural economy of the judiciary. The paper formulates theoretical provisions of optimization and procedural economy, aimed at improving the legislative activity, theoretical provisions and practice of implementation of current legislation of Ukraine. A theoretical model of the economy of conducting investigative search actions is proposed, which includes the protection, protection of human and civil rights and freedoms; strengthening the rule of law.
