Essay

The dissertation is devoted to complex morphological study of tissues of intervertebral discs under the conditions of modeling of degenerative-dystrophic damage of the spine and after its correction by platelet-enriched plasma. Significant anatomical and morphometric differences have been established, which indicate degenerative changes in the tissues of the intervertebral disc 60 days after modeling the pathology, which progress 90 days after modeling. The use of diclofenac sodium does not have a significant effect on degenerative-dystrophic processes in the tissues of the disc. The use of platelet-enriched plasma in rats with simulated degenerative-dystrophic lesions of the intervertebral discs for 60 days restores its structure. The administration of platelet-enriched plasma to rats simulated for 90 days degenerative-dystrophic lesions of the intervertebral discs contributes to the partial restoration of the anatomy of the disc tissues.
