Essay

The object of the study is the process of professional training of future pedagogics teachers; the subject of the study – pedagogical conditions for the development of socio-professional maturity of the future teacher in the process of master's training; the aim of the study is to identify and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions of the most effective impact of different activities on the development of socio-professional maturity of the modern future teacher in the process of master's training; the specificity of the object and aim of the study have led to the use of a set of general and special methods: a) theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of scientific literature on philosophy, psychology and pedagogy, construction of a theoretical model; synthesis of empirical material, classification, deduction, induction, modelling; b) empirical methods: diagnostic methods; observational methods; prognostic methods; experimental methods; praximetric methods; scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the study – for the first time the pedagogical conditions of involvement of future teachers in various types of activity for the purpose of intensive activation of their social and professional maturity are singled out, theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked; criteria of social and professional maturity are defined: social self-determination, social responsibility and professional self-improvement; the indicators of identification and levels of development of the socio-professional position of the future teacher are identified; the concept of "socio-professional maturity of the future teacher" is specified, which as a quality of personality is first of all an indicator of its individual features and characterizes the personality capable to turn own vital activity into a creative result; to adequately evalute goals, tasks, to correct, reflect and control oneself during their life activities; provisions on the relationship between socio-professional maturity and socio-professional position through social self-determination, social responsibility and professional self-improvement have been further developed.
