Essay

The thesis presents the results of the scientific-theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of forming of the entrepreneurial culture of future specialists in the service industry and tourism. The author proves the main principles, regularities and methodological approaches (such as those oriented for a certain personality, depending on the competence, depending on the activity, contextual) to forming of the entrepreneurial culture of future specialists in the specified branch. He covers the categorical analysis of key research concepts (“entrepreneurship”, “entrepreneurial activity”, “entrepreneurial culture”, “entrepreneurship in the service industry and tourism”, etc.). The essence, content and structure of the entrepreneurial culture of the individual are clarified; the components, criteria, indicators and formation levels of the entrepreneurial culture are determined. It is established that the concept of the “entrepreneurial culture” is an integral personal entity, which is grounded on the system of value orientations and affirmations of the individual (beliefs, attitudes, motives, goals, etc.), relies on the peculiarities of activity in the service industry and tourism, bears out in cooperation with other business entities, specifies the strategy and tactics of professional activity, personal self-fulfilment in this direction.The author determines that the entrepreneurial culture consists of interrelated components, the value-motivational, cognitive-praxeological, reflective-personality and socio-ethical ones in particular.
