SUMMARY Braticel M. L. Ecocultural practices of restaurants in the context of Ukrainian traditions and world experience. – Qualifying scientific work on the rights of the manuscript. The thesis for the Candidate Degree in culturology, speciality 26.00.01 – «Theory and History of Culture». – Kiev National University of Culture and Arts, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. – Kiev, 2021. The dissertation is devoted to the discovery of cultural and anthropological bases of ecocultural practices of restaurants, features of their development and substantiation of sociocultural conditions of their realization in the context of Ukrainian traditions and world experience. The peculiarities of greening of restaurant service as one of the perspective modern ecocultural practices of restaurants in Ukraine are investigated and analyzed. The conceptual comprehension is carried out and the author's definition of the concept "ecocultural practices" is developed; the specifics of culturological research of ecoculture are revealed, the theoretical and methodological bases of ecocultural practices of restaurants are characterized and effective methodological approaches of their research are revealed. In the dissertation for the first time in domestic culturology the concepts of greening according to world ecocultural practices of the restaurant industry of the XXI century are opened and concretized; the Ukrainian traditions of ecological culture in the historical retrospect in the context of revealing and comprehension of cultural and anthropological bases of ecocultural practices of restaurants are considered; the genesis of ecocultural practices of restaurants in Ukraine in the context of national specifics of formation and development of ecological culture is studied; the activity of domestic restaurant-type establishments in the context of the concept of sustainable development of society is analyzed and the specifics of the process of greening of restaurants as one of the perspective modern practices of ecological culture in Ukraine are revealed; priority methods of further development of ecocultural practices of restaurants in Ukraine are determined.
