Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the morphological restructuring of the thyroid gland tissue and to the study of changes in its chemical composition under the conditions of the influence of general, cellular and extracellular type of dehydration of different degrees, as well as establishing the possibility of its readaptation. To determine the structural changes of the thyroid gland and its chemical composition under the conditions of dehydration an experiment was conducted on 132 mature white laboratory male rats. It is found that the most dramatic changes occur under conditions of extracellular dehydration at all levels of study. There was observed failure of compensatory-adaptive possibilities of tissues and body in general on conditions of an easy level. Thus, on the 30th day we notice significant changes of organometric, morphometric and histological indices. As for the adaptive properties of the tissue of thyroid to created conditions they are observed in the overall dehydration on the third day, but till the end of the experiment they disappear. Most of restored features of organometric and morphometric indexes of the thyroid, due to the readaptation of animals, are noticed on the condition of influence of the cellular dehydration.
