Olekh H. Models and methods of valuation for sustainable development projects

The dissertation on competition of scientific degree of the candidate of technical sciences on a specialty 05.13.22 – "Management of projects and programs". – Odessa national polytechnic university, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Odessa, 2021. The dissertation examines the problem of resolving the contradictions between the ever-increasing requirements for valuing sustainable development projects and the lack of accessible and clear guidelines for managing project valuation. The aim of the research is to structure methodological approaches to project valuation management and develop new recommendations (for their application in companies in different fields of activity) and methods for project value management, based on the analysis and structuring of different methodological approaches. The following tasks were performed: analysis of the concept of value and theoretical approaches to the term value in project management; to explore the theoretical aspects of the value approach to project management; analyze the basic standards of project management and other methodological approaches in order to identify mechanisms for creating, measuring and managing the value of the project; to form tools and methodology for creating and managing the value of the project; to test the application of methodological tools for creating and managing the value of different types of projects. The project value management model is proposed as a methodological basis for project value management to ensure sustainable development in project and program management.
