Essay

The purpose: theoretical research and empirical study of organizational identity, the establishment of its system parameters, the prerequisites for the formation and implementation features in the activities of professionals involved in organizations. Methods: theoretical; empirical: a qualitative tool of organizational diagnostics - the method of "Cross" (adapted by A.I.Prygozhin), the diagnosis of professional identity - the method of "Identity / Marginalism" (E.P. Ermolaeva), the method of "Authenticity Scale" (A.M. Wood et al.), the method "Questionnaire of positive personality traits" (K. Singh and Sh.D.Ja), the method "Scale of job satisfaction" (RS Little), the method "Scale of general self-efficacy" (R. Schwarzer and M. Jerusalem), the method "Post-experimental questionnaire of internal motivation" (R. Ryan), the method "Questionnaire of organizational identification" (M. Patchen and J. Cheney), the method "Scale of professional self-efficacy" (B. Shins and G. von Collani ); mathematical. Novelty: first: the definition of organizational identity as a system of attitudes of the individual, due to which his professional orientation coincides with the interests of the organization at the cognitive, affective and conative levels; the essence of organizational identification as a process characterized by constant flow, instability, complexity, recursiveness and reflectivity is revealed; developed a theoretical system model of organizational identity, which identified three levels of organization: the determining level, the essential level and the resulting level; the empirical model of organizational identity as a process of positive organizational identification based on intrinsicity, subjectivity, emotional involvement of an individual in professional activity in the conditions of indeterminist organizational environment is verified; the system of "organizational identity" in general philosophical concepts of a thing, property and relation is presented, its concept, structure and substrate are defined, its basic relational and attributive parameters are described; expanded and clarified the idea of individual and personal characteristics of employees of organizations at the present stage of development of socio-economic relations; received further development of the study of the role of personality in the formation of its identity and successful professional activity; deepened understanding of the predictors of positive affect in professional activities, including professional motivation and loyalty to the organization; data on the structure of professional identity as a system of three bipolar constructs "Emotional aspect of professional identity – “Rational aspect of professional identity", "Positive organizational identification - Negative organizational identification", "Moral attitude to the profession - Indifferent attitude to the profession". Results of research: scientifically based system model of organizational identity was tested in a sample of professionals from different organizations and specialties. Valid and reliable Ukrainian versions of methods have been created, namely: research of professional self-efficacy and organizational identification. This will expand the methodological arsenal of domestic psychologists and allow the widespread use of these techniques in psychodiagnostic practice. Theoretical and empirical results of the study are included in lectures and practical classes of courses "General Psychology", "Psychodiagnostics", "Experimental Psychology", "Psychology of stress, coping behavior and health", "Social Psychology", "Psychology of Management", "Organizational Psychology". Scope of use higher educational institutions, psychological services.
