Ostapenko A. Development of methodical competence of technology users in the system of postgraduate education

The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of de-velopment of methodical competence of technology teachers in the system of postgraduate education on the basis of individualization. The paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental research in the direction of creating a model of individualized development of methodical competence of technology teachers in the system of postgraduate education. In particular, the provisions of competence and individual approaches as the main methodology for in-service training of technology teachers, the relevant conceptual and terminolog-ical apparatus are considered in detail. Conceptual approaches to the develop-ment of methodical competence of technology teachers in the system of post-graduate pedagogical education are researched and concretized. The paper pre-sents the results of a pedagogical experiment, during which the presence of pos-itive dynamics in the development of methodical competence of teachers of technology of the experimental group was proved.
