Chukhray I. Optimization of pharmaceutical supply with probiotics

The objects – marketing, information parameters of the assortment of probiotics, evidence and regulatory framework for the use of probiotics, expert assessment of probiotic consumption; the purpose – development of methodological and organizational approaches to optimization of pharmaceutical supply of probiotics to the population of Ukraine; methods – bibliographic, logical, analytical, retrospective, marketing analysis, economic and statistical, comparison, expert assessments, VEN and frequency analysis, content analysis, structural and object-oriented programming, modelling and generalization; results - is to substantiate and develop theoretical principles for improving the pharmaceutical supply of probiotics. For the first time, the dynamics of the assortment of probiotics for 2010-2020 in Ukraine was analysed using the growth rate, which indicates an annual decrease in the number of probiotics from the group of drugs; structured evidence and requirements of legal documents, which allowed to identify pathologies in which it is recommended to use probiotics; the content of medical leaflets and instructions for the use of probiotics was studied, in particular, the study of compliance of medical leaflets and instructions for the use of probiotics to the requirements of regulations and a detailed analysis of the content of these information documents; - the level of awareness of doctors and pharmacists about the circulation of probiotics was studied, and the results of their expert evaluation made it possible to form a rating list of probiotics; the information characteristics of probiotics were systematized, on the basis of which a computer program was developed, which allows to choose the optimal probiotic according to the set parameters; developed a model created on the basis of the Deming-Schuhard cycle, which allows to improve the pharmaceutical supply of probiotics; introduced into the practical work of pharmaceutical organizations and the scientific and educational process of higher education institutions of the pharmaceutical profile; branch - pharmacy.
