Essay

Object – professional training of future teachers in Turkey; the aim is to analyze theoretical issues and generalize the experience of training future teachers of philology for professional activities in Turkey for the implementation of innovative ideas in the system of higher pedagogical education in Ukraine; methods – general scientific, special, empirical; novelty – for the first time a comprehensive study of the problem of training future teachers of philology for professional activities in Turkey; approaches to defining the essence of the concept of «preparation of future teachers of philology for professional activity» by Turkish and Ukrainian scientists are revealed; the Turkish experience on the defined problem in the following directions is generalized: the maintenance, forms, methods of preparation of the future teachers-philologists for professional activity in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Turkey; the peculiarities of training future teachers of philology in Turkey have been identified (strengthening the practical training of students by introducing pedagogical practice in schools-laboratories at higher educational institutions by means of video communication, in particular in school literature lessons; introduction of changes in the educational process of training future teachers-philologists on the basis of bilingual education, additional passing the KPSS exam after obtaining a diploma for employment in a public educational institution, the professional activity of which is equated to the civil service, the presence of a tutor who helps the student-philologist in choosing and implementing the educational trajectory, accompanies and supports teaching; outlines the prospects for the use of Turkish pedagogically valuable experience in training future teachers of philology in the educational process of higher education institutions of Ukraine; results – the data and conclusions obtained during the study can be used in higher education institutions of Ukraine to update the content of educational programs for first (bachelor) higher education in specialty 014 – Secondary education and subject specialization «Language and Literature (English)» and 014 – Secondary education («Ukrainian language and literature»); revision of educational and working educational programs of disciplines of psychological and pedagogical cycle; conclusion of educational and methodical complexes of professionally-oriented disciplines; preparation of distance courses «Grammar of English», «Practice of oral and written speech», «Methods of teaching English» and development of elective courses («Methodology and history of education», «History of science», «Research in pedagogical sciences», etc.).
