Lysak R. Models and Methods of Forming the Mental Space of Security Projects of Transport Enterprises

The actual scientific and practical task of increase of level of safety of the transport enterprises at the expense of development and introduction of models and methods of formation of mental space for implementation of projects of safety of the enterprises is solved in the dissertation. The existing approaches to the formation of mental space for solving problems of transport safety are analyzed. Methods and models of formation of mental space of projects and safety programs are studied. A model of forming a mental space for the implementation of security projects and raising the level of security culture of the project stakeholders are proposed. A method for of formation of mental space for safety projects at a transport enterprise has been developed. Methods and models of formation of mental space of projects of safety of the transport enterprises are realized. The main scientific result is the development of an integrated approach to improving the safety of transport enterprises through the formation of the mental space of the project, team / project manager, stakeholders and the environment for the implementation of relevant projects and programs. Theoretical, methodical and scientific-applied results of the research were used to develop procedures for implementing projects and safety programs in the activities of transport enterprises. They are used to form the mental space of stakeholders, both internal and external environment of the project.
