Chaikovska S. Regylarity of development and age features of the mandible at different stages of ontogenesis

In the dissertation for the first time on the basis of data obtained as a result of comprehensive research using modern morphological and biochemical methods studied in detail and analyzed the structure and mineral composition of bone tissue of the mandible in children of different sexes and established patterns of their age dynamics. The incidence of pathological forms of occlusion associated with the growth and development of the mandible in adolescents was analyzed and their dependence on the constitutional type of head structure was clarified. A comprehensive study of quantitative and qualitative changes in the bone tissue of the mandible in different periods of childhood, a comparative analysis of bone density of the studied areas of children of different sexes. A detailed analysis of the mineral composition of the bone tissue of the mandible in children of different sexes by atomic absorption spectral analysis and found out the features of the distribution of macro-and micronutrients in age dynamics. Individual features of linear sizes and density of bone structures of different parts of the body of the mandible, as well as their mineral composition in children of different ages and sexes were studied and studied and the regularities of their ratio were established. It was compared the age dynamics of bone density of the mandible and the dynamics of its content of macro- and microelements in children and analyzed their relationship.
