Essay

The thesis is a theoretical and experimental study of the problem of forming the emotional culture of future educators of institutions of preschool education in the process of professional training. In the thesis on the basis of the analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical scientific literature on the investigated problematics the theoretical bases of forming the emotional culture of future educators of institutions of preschool education are outlined; the initial definitions of the study such as «culture», «emotions», «emotional culture» are determined; the essence of the basic concept «emotional culture of the future educator of the institution of preschool education». The main structural components of the basic concept are identified: motivational-value, cognitive-intellectual, communicative-activity, and personal-reflexive. The criteria with the corresponding indicators are defined: motivational, cognitive, behavioural, emotional-reflexive and characterized the levels of the formation of the emotional culture of future educators of institutions of preschool education. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of the emotional culture of future educators of institutions of preschool education in the process of their professional training are theoretically substantiated: creating a favourable emotionally rich environment of interaction between participants of the educational process, which will ensure forming the personal emotional experience of future professionals of preschool education; supplementing the content of professional disciplines with topics aimed at mastering by future educators a system of knowledge about the nature and significance of the emotional culture and their acquisition of skills for their practical application; using humour as a means of forming the emotional culture of future educators of institutions of preschool education in the classroom and extracurricular activities. The effectiveness of the determined pedagogical conditions for the formation of the emotional culture of future educators of institutions of preschool education in the process of their professional training has been experimentally tested and proved.
