Essay

The object of research is the process of professional training of future physical education teachers. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate, develop and experimentally test the model of preparation of future physical education teachers for the organization of sports and mass events based on a holistic approach. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that: for the first time the organizational and pedagogical model of preparation of future physical education teachers for the organization of sports and mass events based on a holistic approach was theoretically substantiated, developed and experimentally tested. This model is considered from the standpoint of systemic, activity, competence, culture-logical and personality-oriented methodological approaches; involves compliance with a number of general didactic and specific principles (professional training of future teachers of physical culture, the principles of holistic physical education, the principles of organizing sports events); takes into account pedagogical conditions (development of knowledge about innovative youth sports in the process of mastering professional disciplines; expanding the tasks of industrial practice for the organization of sports and mass events; involvement in the organization and participation in sports and mass events of different types), which are implemented in a set activities; participation in competitions and sports games), methods (problem, interactive, game, project) and tools (Internet resources; professionally-oriented tasks; social networks) training. The essence and the structure of the concept "readiness of future physical education teachers to organize sports events on the basis of a holistic approach" is characterized. The criterion basis of the study were: motivational, cognitive, procedural-organizational and behavioral criteria, which are detailed by relevant indicators (motivation to hold sports events; awareness of future physical education teachers in the field of competitive play and healthy living; ability to organize sports events) in the online space and the ability to organize sports events in the offline space, reflection), which allow to characterize the low, sufficient and high levels of such readiness.
