Essay

Object: professional training of future negotiators in modern conditions. The purpose of the study: definition, scientific substantiation and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions for the formation of future negotiators` professional competence in non-formal education in modern Ukraine. The thesis defines the essence and structure of future negotiators` professional competence; the basic principles, forms, methods, tasks of their professional competence formation seing negotiators as the integrated professions` representatives, as well as the problem of gaining additional professional competence of negotiating by representatives of other specialties in the sector of non-formal education is characterized; the autonomy and independence of "negotiator" as a social phenomenon are substantiated. The pedagogical conditions future negotiators` professional competence professional competence in non-formal education are determined and experimentally checked through introduction of a training course "Negotiator: entering professional space", and also efficiency of this process is analyzed. Prospects for the development of the professional training of a negotiator as a representative of the integrated profession and additional professional competence in Ukrainian pedagogical practice are outlined.
