Essay

The dissertation paper presents the solution of scientific and practical problems of the absence of pharmacoeconomic component in the integrated index "quality of life" in children with gastritis and duodenitis. It is known that in the upper gastrointestinal tract infection structure gastroduodenitis accounts for 53.1 %, chronic gastritis – 29.7 %, chronic duodenitis – 16.2 %. A feature of the clinical picture in children with gastroduodenitis associated with Helicobacter pylori is the presence of leading abdominal pain syndrome and / or gastroduodenitis associated with HP, significantly more often combined with duodenal ulcer. The positive dynamics of psychoemotional status changes in children with chronic gastritis and / or duodenitis associated with Helicobacter pylori infection, who received standard antihelicobacter therapy with the addition of drugs with existing sedative activity or properties of daytime tranquilizers, has a significant positive impact on quality of life.
