Huleikova I. Formation and development of artistic and industrial education in the cultural and educational centers of Yelisavetgrad (second half of the ХІХ – beginning of the ХХ century).

In the dissertation for the first time is characterized content and organizational forms of formation and development of artistic and industrial education in the cultural and educational centers of Yelisavetgrad (second half of the XIX – beginning of the XX century); the progressive achievements of teachers, artists of the region are generalized and the possibilities of their constructive use in the modern cultural and educational space of Ukraine are substantiated. The source base of the problem of formation and development of art and industrial education in the cultural and educational centers of Yelisavetgrad is systematized. The preconditions for the formation of art and industrial education in Yelisavetgrad within the selected chronological boundaries are revealed. Based on the theoretical analysis of the source basis of the research problem, the essence of the concepts: "regional art and industrial education", "cultural and educational center", "cultural and educational space" is substantiated. The content and organizational forms of art and industrial education in the cultural and educational centers of Yelisavetgrad (Society for the Dissemination of Literacy and Crafts, Evening Drawing and Drawing Classes of Yelisavetgrad Zemsky Real School) are analyzed. Based on the study archival materials, old prints books generalized creative contribution representatives cultural and educational centers of Yelisavetgrad in the development of Ukrainian artist and industrial education. Prospects of constructive use of the heritage of cultural and educational centers of Yelisavetgrad of the second half of the XIX – beginning of the XXI century in the modern cultural and educational space of Ukraine at the state and regional levels are substantiated. Training for teachers of art disciplines on the possibilities of creative use of the cultural and educational centers of Yelisavetgrad has been developed. The practical significance of the results obtained is to develop training for art subjects teachers on the possibilities of creative use of Yelisavetgrad cultural and educational centers, which provides enrichment of theoretical knowledge and practical skills on the development of regional art and industrial education. The training offers a virtual tour of Yelisavetgrad quarters, development of a decorative composition sketch based on artistic forging ornamentation of artisan blacksmith workshops of Yelisavetgrad of the XIX century the topics for discussion, issue resolutions, spectrum of practical exercises aiming at in-depth study of the region cultural and educational centers experience. The author's reference book «Artists of Steppe Ukraine (the end of XIX – beginning of XX century)» (2013) presents the personology of art and industrial education of Yelisavetgrad on the basis of cultural and educational centers’ achievements.
