The theoretical and methodological bases formation of social health of future managers of sociocultural activity in the professional training course are defined and substantiated for the first time in the dissertation; the main scientific directions and methodological basis, functional, structural features of the prevailing definitions of social health research in the professional training of managers of socio-cultural activities are established; the educational and propagandistic value of social health as a component of transversal competences of future managers of socio-cultural activities is characterized; providing "learning transfer", mobility of acquired scientific knowledge, skills, and metacognitive abilities to solve problem situations in professional activities; the structure, content, and functions of the process of social health formation of future managers of the socio-cultural sphere in professional training are clarified. The effectiveness of the model of social health of future manager formation of socio-cultural activities in the process of training is developed, theoretically substantiated, and experimentally tested. It consists of four blocks: target (social order, purpose, task) methodological (principles, functions and scientific-methodological approaches), content-procedural (technologies, methods, forms, means, theoretical content of the subject area of integrative courses of practice and internship), diagnostic-effective (criteria, levels, result), and methods of realization of pedagogical conditions (systematic formation of motivation for social health responsibility and social consequences of management decisions, conscious choice of a healthy lifestyle based on environmental and moral values, ensuring the relationship of theory and practice of training future managers of socio-cultural activities aimed at forming a caring attitude to their own health and representatives of various social groups; creating a favorable environment for socio-cultural environment in the process of organizing a dual form of education through the inclusion of future managers of socio-cultural activities in the social design and implementation of social programs for health). The pedagogical experiment confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed model and pedagogical conditions.
