The thesis is devoted to the development of the composition and technology of the combined drug in the form of capsules «Diaplant» for complex pharmacotherapy of acute intestinal infections (AII). Based on the results of studies of the crystallographic, physicochemical, and pharmaco-technological properties of powders of the substances nifuroxazide and plantaglucide, it was established that for the development of the composition and technology of the combined preparation, it is advisable to use the technology of separate production of masses for encapsulation. The specification for the quality control of the drug "Diaplant" was prepared. The developed analytical methods are included in the QCM project for the drug. On the basis of FC «Zdorovye» the technology of capsules «Diaplant» was tested.
