Essay

The object of the study is the process of postgraduate education of primary school teachers of institutions of general secondary education. The subject of the study is the pedagogical conditions for the training of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate education for integrated education of junior schoolchildren. The purpose of the study is to determine and scientifically substantiate a complex of pedagogical conditions that ensure the success of training of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate education for integrated education of junior schoolchildren. The results of the study: the essence, content and structure of the readiness of primary school teachers for integrated education of junior schoolchildrenare revealed and characterized, the features of its development in the conditions of postgraduate education are determined. A complex of pedagogical conditions has been developed and tested, aimed at training primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate education for integrated education of junior schoolchildren, namely:1) creating an integrated educational space of postgraduate pedagogical education for favourable implementation of integrated education in primary school; 2) structuring the content of training primary school teachers for integrated learning through modular program; 3) development of primary school teachers’ professional mobility by introducing into their training process a technology of activity approach and methods of active learning. Scope of use: introduced into the process of postgraduate education of primary school teachers in the framework of advanced training.
