Essay

The thesis is devoted to the attempt to carry out a socio-philosophical analysis of the phenomenon of intentional collective activity as a driver of socio-cultural transformation. The author emphasizes that any kind of activity is considered as a purposeful and integral feature of an individual, which becomes the basis of unity of the nation, social group, team, public organization and family, and serves as a driving force of civilizational progress. A systematic analysis of the formation process of the conceptual and categorical matrix was proposed, which is a necessary condition for further purposeful study of the collective basis of social cohesion in the framework of a holistic civil society. The author’s definition of intentional collective activity as a social dimension of human existence was proposed, the form of which is an instrumental model of social cohesion based on intellectual intuition in order to achieve the socio-cultural optimum of postmodern human existence. The modern ontological approaches to the analysis of collective connections were demonstrated within the framework of complex analysis of collective-intentional connections, as well as the sociocultural doctrine of common value-emotional space of joint human life was proposed in order to prevent the destructive tendencies in the process of social interaction in a globalized society. The mechanism of harmonization of the instrumental model of social cohesion for the purpose of achievement of a sociocultural optimum was presented. It has been proved that in the process of reproducing a certain collaborative taxonomy which distinguishes intrapersonal consent as a state of internal consistency of the individual with its own beliefs and aspirations, and at the level of social activist it manifests itself in psychological balance, moral stability, responsibility and respect for others which can be resulted in a possibility for self-actualization within the limits of personal creative potential. The main inspiration of such individual is the search for the “golden mean” in the process of harmonization of individual and social goods. Such harmonious joint activity becomes so important in the life of each member of the group that he accepts its values not under the influence of communication, persuasion or coercion, but through his more active involvement in the intentional dynamics and behavioral interaction of the community. The author argues that the mechanism of formation of the instrumental model of social cohesion cannot be a one-time act of changing collaboration, but is a complex dynamic process that requires and passes the appropriate stages in its development: the initial stage of actualization of the most general intentional axiological drivers of social cooperation; stage of “spectral analysis” of resources and range of opportunities for joint activities; stage of consensus community which is supported by regulations and legal agreements. The author emphasizes that the globalization’s tendencies of the world community requires the development of social relations based on the principles of trust and mutual assistance united by common goals of survival and security, fair norms of political and legal life and universal values of planetary existence. The basis for understanding the phenomenon of social capital should be supplemented by defining the concept of “resources” not only as an economic but also as a socio-cultural content. Like cultural capital, social capital does not exist outside of people, but it cannot be an attribute of an individual. It’s defined as the ability of the community to be self-organized for working together on the basis of trust between people who recognize social norms and values, and today they are actively united by the latest digital communication tools, such as sociocultural dominants in a process of collective digitalization of social capital.
