Shtefiuk I. Improving pre-competition training of highly qualified athletes in hand-to-hand combat of light contact

The Object is sportsmen preparation in dogfight; the goal is to improve training programs of pre-competition preparation of highly qualified sportsmen in dogfight of easy contact, taking into account individual specifics and present functional condition of their bodies; the methods are theoretical, empirical, pedagogical experiment, mathematic statics methods; the novelty is justifying of necessity of correction of the content of training program and size of loading of highly qualified sportsmen; justifying of evaluation of training level of sportsmen from dogfight with easy contact using tests with moving and static dummy during 30 seconds; determined that using of training program on the stage of pre-competition stage, that is built on the basis of principles of power fitness using exercises of isolated character promotes sportsmen achievement, those having obvious signs of fatigue in the beginning of pre-competition meso-cycle, optimal level of readiness and maximal realization in the process of competition activity; the results are improvement of pre-competition preparation of highly qualified sportsmen of different gender in dogfight of easy contact and promote providing of high level of sport-technical mastership in the process of preparation of members of national team of Ukraine to world championship in 2018; the results of dissertation research are implemented into practice of studying-training process of dogfight federation; into educational process of physical education faculties of Chernivtsy national university named after Yuriy Fedkovych, Chornomorsk national university named after Petro Mohyla; Mykolaiv National university named after V.O. Sukhomlynskiy, Kherson state university; specialization − physical education and sport.
