The research is devoted to the development of creative potential of heads of vocational education institutions in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. In the dissertation the analysis of theoretical bases of a problem of development of creative potential of heads of establishments of vocational training is carried out, the structure of development of creative potential of heads of establishments of vocational training in system of postgraduate pedagogical education is allocated.
The leading methodological approach in the development of creative potential of heads of vocational education institutions in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is polyparadigmatic, which allows to create a scientific basis for modernizing the process of postgraduate pedagogical education and developing a model of creative potential of heads of vocational education institutions.
New opportunities for the development of creative potential of the head can be obtained under the existence of institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education, which will be aimed at creating a developmental, interactive environment and providing a system of educational and methodological work on targeted continuous development of creative potential of heads of vocational education institutions. individual educational trajectory from the standpoint of managerial creativity. The content of work with managers should be focused on the acquisition of a set of knowledge, skills and abilities, both in the course of active learning and in the course of creative professional activity.
The main features of the activity of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions are formulated: the development of the creative potential of the head is provided on the basis of the polyparadigmatic approach; complementarity (reliance on knowledge, building knowledge, continuity in their supplementation and expansion) is a guiding principle in the activities of the structural unit; the formation of professional potential of managers, readiness for innovative activity is closely connected with the development of creative potential; successful increase of creative potential of leaders in the system of postgraduate education occurs in the process of active activity (educational, professional, methodical, self-educational).
On the basis of the analysis of scientific works and own experience the organizational and pedagogical conditions which provide defining influence on development of creative potential of heads of establishments of professional education in system of postgraduate pedagogical education are defined: actualization and motivation of need of heads in creative self-improvement of professional activity; educational and methodical support of creative activity of managers; organization of creative developmental educational environment; the use of innovative educational technologies and methods in the educational process contributes to the formation of a new model for the development of professionalism of heads of vocational (vocational) education.
The model of development of creative potential of heads of institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked.
In the experiment to measure the formation of the components of the creative potential of managers (motivational-evaluation, cognitive, activity, reflexive-evaluation) used component-criterion characteristics of the creative potential of heads of vocational (vocational) education, allows to assess the degree of identification of indicators by certain criteria gnostic, organizational-practical, diagnostic-prognostic). Based on the selected criteria and their indicators, the levels of creative potential of the heads of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions are determined and characterized: low, medium, sufficient, high. The used diagnostic tools allowed to carry out experimental verification of the model of development of creative potential of heads of institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The reliability of the obtained data was confirmed by mathematical and statistical processing by the χ2 Pearson criterion.
The results of the dissertation can be used in the practical activities of directors of vocational (vocational) education institutions and their deputies; in-service training system during the course and inter-course period; the process of professional training of heads of institutions of professional (vocational) education in institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education.
