Essay

The qualification work is devoted to the problem relevant to the modern socio-philosophical thought – to the category of linguistic personality, consideration of its structure on the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis as a component of the notebook language − culture-human being − society, the development of secondary linguistic personality in the modern Ukrainian society. Society and culture are two important components that influence language. The problem of the degree of interaction between language and culture is today one of the most complex and controversial ones in Philosophy, Linguistics, Culturology, and Semiotics. L. Weisgerber’s scientific tradition of understanding language as a cultural heritage and its role in the life of society, as well as in the life of a particular person when considered it as a form of social cognition is continued. It has been determined that a linguistic personality is an ideal image of a bearer of cultural knowledge, who is fluent in communication strategies and tactics, values, norms of behaviour, as well as a separate subject who has his / her own experience in language communication.
