The dissertation is devoted to complex researches (physical, physicochemical, pharmacotechnological, biopharmaceutical, microbiological and clinical) on the development of generic drugs in the form of tablets with insoluble substances, and dependence of in vitro dissolution kinetics of release medicinal substances from solid dosage forms on the properties of medicinal substances, excipients and technological methods of production. For developed drugs «Borizol» and «Nimodipine» a similarity of dissolution kinetics «in vitro» to the original drugs «Rilutek» and «Nimotop» were established in environments close to biological.
