Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of the composition and technol-ogy of modern drugs (shampoo) of complex action based on APhI: octopirox (anti-fungal, antimicrobial activity), α-lipoic acid (anti-inflammatory, reparative activity), hydroxyethylurea (hydrating effect). As a result of this complex study, the composition and technology of the therapeutic shampoo designed for the treatment of SD and scalp care during remission of the disease were scientifically substantiated and experimentally confirmed. Shampoo technology has been tested in laboratory and industrial manufacturing conditions. Methods for qualitative and quantitative determination of APhI by HPLC method have been developed. The quality parameters of drugs were determined, the shelf life and storage conditions were established. We developed a specification for shampoo under the conventional name "Lipo-Pyrox", which provides for the identification of APhI, their quantification, microbiological cleanliness, homogeneity, pH level, foaming ability, mass fraction of anionic surfactants, mass fraction of chlorides and the mass of the initial container. It is proven that the developed shampoo has stable parameters, which are included in the design of the project СQM. According to the results of the research, the shelf life of the shampoo is determined, which is 2 years in the chosen container. The developed drug in the chosen form of production (shampoo) for the first time in Ukraine will be introduced in the manufacture of the PJSC "Chervona Zirka"Chemical & Pharmaceu-tical Plant" (Kharkiv). Some fragments of the work wereintroduced into the research work and ed-ucational process of a number of pharmaceutical and medical institutions of higher education in Ukraine.
