The subject of research - features of cognitive-stylistic determination of psychological stability of judges. Research methods. The following methods were used to solve the tasks: metatheoretical and methodological analysis; expert assessment; testing; mathematical and statistical methods of data processing. is that for the first time the phenomenon of psychological stability is considered in the context of determination by cognitive-stylistic factors; identified a model of psychological stability of the judiciary, represented by factors "Cognitive systematization", "Viability", "Personal reliability", "Value", which combine the content of features of vitality and its components, reliability, functioning of psychological boundaries, perception of sovereignty psychological cognitive systematization, cognitive styles, cognitive errors, decision-making strategies, formal-dynamic properties of individuality and assessment of professional identity, stress, autonomy, mobility and workload of the individual; differentiated personal and professionally determined components of psychological stability of undergraduate lawyers and judges, clarified the content of models of cognitive and stylistic determination of psychological stability of the individual and its invariant (viability, reliability), mediated by the status and experience of professional activity; received further development of ideas about: cognitively centered, personality-centered and activity-centered approaches to the psychological stability of the individual; system of concepts "determination", "cognitive styles", "cognitive errors", "psychological stability", "psychology of judicial activity". lawyers, clarifying trends in cognitive errors, the ability to cognitive systematization and decision-making. The identified factors can be taken into account in the development of programs of psychological selection, psychological support of professional activity of judges.
