Kolodii N. Formation of Professional Speech Competence of Future Bachelors of Social Work

The work is devoted to the problem of formation of professional speech competence of future bachelors of social work. The dissertation presents a theoretical substantiation, development and experimental verification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional speech competence of future bachelors of social work in the process of their professional training. (increasing the motivation of future bachelors of social work to professional speech activity; ensuring the professional orientation of the content of speech training of future bachelors of social work; improving the methodological component of speech training of future bachelors of social work); a model of formation of professional speech competence of future bachelors of social work has been developed, the structural elements of which are four structural blocks, united into a single system: target, conceptual (theoretical-methodological), content-technological, diagnostic-effective. The components (linguistic, sociolinguistic, pragmatic) are specified. The structure and criteria, indicators and levels of formation of professional speech competence of future bachelors of social work are revealed. The methodological component of speech training of future bachelors of social work has been improved.
