The dissertation is a theoretical and experimental study of the issue of preparation of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate education for the implementation of dialogic forms of education. The dissertation reveals and characterizes the content and essence of the structure of readiness for this activity. Organizational and pedagogical conditions have been determined and introduced into the process of postgraduate education. The structural-functional model of preparation of primary school teachers in the system of postgraduate education for realization of dialogue forms of training is substantiated and constructed. Specified: approaches, principles, forms, methods; indicators and levels of readiness of teachers for this activity in a specific context are determined. The content and scientific and methodological support of the teacher training process have been improved. The results of the analysis of the experimental data testified to the effectiveness of the author's model.
