Essay

Analyzed the breakdown of the problem and the formation of the methodical competence of pedagogical workers of the SEI in the inclusive environment conditions. The structure of the formation of the methodical competence of pedagogical workers of the SEI in the inclusive environment conditions is theoretically outlined with structural components such as epistemological, axiological praxeological, professional and special. Clarified the number of basic concepts to understand the research: “inclusive environment; "Methodical competence of pedagogical workers of the SEI in the inclusive environment conditions." The state of elaboration of the problem of formation of methodical competence of pedagogical workers of SEI in the inclusive environment conditions is analyzed. The range of basic research concepts has been clarified: “inclusive environment; "Methodological competence of pedagogical workers of SEI in the inclusive environment conditions". For the first time theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked the pedagogical conditions of formation of methodical competence of pedagogical workers of SEI in the inclusive environmental; the structural components of formation of methodical competence of pedagogical workers of SEI in the conditions of the inclusive environment are theoretically defined: epistemological (adequate perception, comprehension, reflection, cognition and construction of process of inclusive training); axiological (subjective value position of teachers in an inclusive environment); praxeological (methodical knowledge, skills and experience of their application); professional-personal (professional psychological-pedagogical qualities) defined criteria (motivational-value, cognitive-creative, reflexive-facilitative), indicators and levels (reproductive, exploratory-heuristic, creative) of the formation of the studied competence; the model of formation of methodical competence of pedagogical workers of SEI in the conditions of the inclusive environment is constructed. The pedagogical experiment confirms the acting of proponated organizational-pedagogical community to form the methodical competence of the pedagogical workers of the SEI in the inclusive education conditions. For a given education there is a need for the establishment of the educational center of the distance form of retraining and the advancement of the quality of the methodical competence of pedagogical workers in the educational institutions in the inclusive environment conditions.
