The characteristic of basic conceptual constructs of research is presented, in particular, «the formation of professional competence of future bachelors of Law», «professional training», «future bachelors of Law», «professional competence», «pedagogical conditions», «model», etc. It has been substantiated that «contextual training of future jurists» is professionally-oriented training of students majoring in 081 «Law», implemented through the systematic introduction of the professional context in education activities by establishing links between disciplinary content and real professional situations, and «quasi-professional activity» is a specific activity of students within the educational process, during which the most realistic situations of the reproducing experience are simulated which present essential parameters of future employment. The principles of the contextual approach in the aspect of legal education are specified as systematic, which is they provide higher education students with educational activities bases of professional practice; a systematic approach to formulation and solution of educational problems, the introduction of different models of subject and social content of professional activity; prognosticity, which is consistent modeling a comprehensive vision of the content, forms and conditions of the future professional practices; problems of the content of the educational process, which involves inclusion problem tasks in the process of professional training; compliance which provides forms and methods of the educational process that meet the goal and the content of education; subjectivity of relations between teachers and graduates education, which involves the cooperation of teachers and graduates. The conceptual bases of the process of contextual application has substantiated training in professional training of future bachelors in law, the inherent in each professional role individual, personal and psychological qualities (judge, lawyer, prosecutor, investigator, notary, etc.), according to which it is necessary to saturate the content of simulation tasks, quasi-professional exercises, business games and other methods and forms of educational process.
