The method of formation of motor skills and professional orientation skills of students of information majors based on taking into account the gender and features of the future major was developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested in the dissertation study. It was established that, in accordance with modern technologies, specialists of physical education departments of higher educational institutions, when developing training and work programs for students of higher education, must take into account the specifics of a specific future profession, as well as the gender and individual characteristics of those who study in connection with the heterogeneity of the student contingent . It is shown that the professional activity of future information technology specialists requires increased requirements for the motor qualities and functioning of the sensor systems of the future specialist. It has been confirmed that some motor abilities have an advantage over other motor qualities for successful professional activity, because when working on or with a computer, the motor actions themselves are complexly coordinated and make special demands on the motor qualities and sensorimotor systems of the body of higher education students. It was revealed that the analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of physical education of future information technology specialists is not sufficiently presented in the scientific literature, there is no clear systematic approach to the development of practical recommendations, methodical instructions, training manuals on issues of its organization in institutions of higher education. At the same time, the attention of specialists was focused only on the study of the role of dexterity for the successful professional activity of specialists, and the significance of the mental characteristics of the development of the body of students of information specialties (attention, memory, etc.) during the performance of their professional duties was also shown. At the same time, there are no works aimed at researching the formation of motor skills and skills of a professional orientation in the process of physical education, taking into account the gender and characteristics of the future specialty of an information technology specialist.
The results of the survey indicate the general attitude of students of information majors to physical education classes, their self-esteem, revealed the peculiarities of the distribution of the load when working with a computer on the working muscles, confirmed the need to improve the motor skills of future information technology specialists, revealed inclinations and interest student youth to participate in sports games, aquafitness and rhythmic dance exercises. The analysis of indicators of somatic health and general physical fitness of future information technology specialists revealed that their level in higher education graduates is mostly in the range from low to average, and this is consistent with the existing data of various scientific works.
The study of special motor abilities and characteristics of the psyche made it possible to determine informative indicators that directly affect the success of students of higher education and to develop model characteristics of the formation of motor skills and professional orientation skills of future information technology specialists. At the same time, a correlation analysis of indicators of special motor training with the level of professional training of students of information specialties was carried out, based on which the structure of psychophysical training for successful mastering of professional skills of the future specialty in the field of information technologies was revealed.
The differentiation of physical education of students of higher education according to gender, motivational aspirations, and features of the future specialty is substantiated, and on this basis, a methodology for the formation of motor skills and professional orientation skills of future information technology specialists is developed, as well as pedagogical conditions for increasing the effectiveness of the process of forming motor skills and professional orientation skills of information technology students are defined. specialties
