Tiutiunnyk M. Formation of artistic and communicative readiness of the future teacher of music art

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of forming the artistic and communicative readiness of the future teacher of music art, the development and implementation of appropriate pedagogical conditions in the educational process, the experimental verification of the effectiveness of the author’s method of forming the artistic and communicative readiness of the future teacher of music art. In the study, the artistic and communicative readiness of the future teacher of music art is defined as a complex integrated professionally significant personal quality, which is manifested in the ability of the future specialist for empathetic and dialogical interaction, co-creation with the student in the process of perception, interpretation, creation of art, its deep understanding-cognition, self-expression and self-realization in various types of joint creative and communicative activities. Pedagogical conditions for the formation of artistic and communicative readiness that contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the educational process are defined as: creation of a creative and communicative educational environment on the basis of empathic and dialogic (subject-subject) interaction between the teacher and the student; involving students in co-creation in various types of artistic and communication activities in the process of learning and pedagogical practice; the use of interactive forms and methods of teaching, which contribute to the intensive and dynamic formation of the artistic and communicative skills of the future teacher of music art. The study proved that the introduction of certain pedagogical conditions and methods of their implementation into the system of professional training in higher educational institutions of Ukraine will contribute to positive changes in the level of artistic and communicative readiness of the future teacher of music art.
