The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific task, which is to reveal the essence and features of the administrative and legal principles of preventing and counteracting risks to the economic security of Ukraine, on the basis of which to develop proposals and recommendations aimed at improving administrative legislation in this area. The economic security of Ukraine is characterized as an object of administrative and legal research and the subject of preventing and counteracting risks to the latter. An assessment of the state of scientific development of the problem of preventing and counteracting risks to economic security is provided. The concept and types of risks to the economic security of Ukraine in the context of European integration are improved and outlined. The regulatory and legal principles for preventing and countering threats to economic security are described. The essence and structure of the administrative and legal mechanism for preventing and countering economic security risks are revealed. The system of subjects for preventing and countering economic security risks in Ukraine is identified and their administrative and legal status is characterized. Administrative and legal instruments for preventing and countering economic security risks in Ukraine are established. The interaction of state and public institutions in the process of preventing and countering economic security risks is characterized. Ways of developing administrative and legal regulation for preventing and countering economic security risks are clarified.
