Essay

Within the framework of the dissertation research, a scientific generalization of theoretical approaches and practical problems related to the administrative and legal support and the mechanism for implementing the administrative procedure for state registration of real estate objects was carried out, as well as a number of proposals for amendments and additions to the current legislation aimed at improving this procedure were developed. To fulfill the research tasks, the features and types of real estate as objects of public administration and state registration of real estate objects were determined; the concept of the administrative procedure for state registration of real estate objects is clarified, its features that are different from other types of public activity are identified; the regulatory and legal principles of the administrative procedure for state registration of real rights to real estate are determined, its shortcomings and ways of improvement are determined.
