Muntian S. Administrative and Legal Framework for Preventing and Counteracting Offences in the Field of Economic Security

The dissertation is devoted to defining the administrative-legal principles of preventing and combating offenses in the sphere of economic security, as well as formulating promising directions of legal regulation of the specified activity, taking into account the risks and threats of the latter. The range of public-legal relations regarding the prevention and combating of offenses in the sphere of economic security as an object of administrative-legal research is established. The concept is formulated and types of risks to the economic security of Ukraine are outlined, and the regulatory legal acts regulating the issue of ensuring economic security are identified. The task is revealed, the principles and directions of preventing and combating offenses in the sphere of economic security are determined. The system of subjects of preventing and combating offenses in the sphere of economic security is clarified and the place of the Bureau of Economic Security in it is determined. The administrative-legal instruments of preventing and combating offenses in the sphere of economic security are identified. The content of administrative procedures for preventing and combating offenses in the sphere of economic security is disclosed. The peculiarities of interaction between subjects of prevention and counteraction to offenses in the sphere of economic security are determined, and ways of its improvement are proposed. Promising directions of development of administrative legislation in terms of improving the identification and elimination of risks to economic security in order to prevent and counter offenses in the sphere of economic security are substantiated.
