Essay

This dissertation examines the administrative and legal regulation of the use of information technologies in Ukraine as a complex issue requiring a systemic approach to ensure proper legal regulation in the context of digital transformation. The research provides a theoretical substantiation of administrative and legal regulation in the field of information technologies, analyzes the genesis of relevant legislation in Ukraine, and identifies key issues in the legal framework for the use of information technologies, particularly in the areas of cybersecurity, e-governance, and personal data protection. Special attention is devoted to analyzing the subjects of administrative and legal regulation, including government authorities, local self-government bodies, and private entities performing delegated functions. The study explores administrative procedures applied in the field of information technologies and the challenges associated with the legal regime of information security.
