It is stated that the shape of the spleen undergoes different changes in the procces of ontogenesis. These chandges go from wide form to narrow and long. New data are received about lobule, segmental and fractional structure of the spleen, conjunctive tissue stroma of the organ, including capsule, general vascular membranes, conjun ctive tissue trabecula, reticuline frame of parenchyma which consistute unifield system, morphologically relevant with vessels.
