Personality as the subject of culture. Analysis of the social and cultural modeles of the рersonality formation and development of this base the philosophical and metodological principles of the new educational paradigm. Historical method, system analisis of the objectivity, M.Veber "ideal type" method. The new original typology of the personality is proposed. 5 social and cultural models were determined. The conception of the increasig role of the education in process of the personaliny formation in nowdays is proved. The philosophical and methodological principles of the new educational paradigma were developed. The sphere of use are social philosophy, culturology.
